5	Manali	Keylong	By car. Drives to Keylong on the Manali-Leh highway over Rohtang Pass (Ht 13,150 ft.). Night stay in a hotel.
6	Keylong	Trilok Nath	Drive down to lower Lahoul valley and Udaipur and back Keylong visit to famous Buddhist temple (10th century) of Trilok Nath and Hindu temple of godess Mrikula (Mahesgaramardini) at Udaipur. Back to Keylong for the night.
7	Keylong	Patseo	Visit to Gemur monastery on way up Patseo. Night camp at Patseo..
8	Patseo	Gyam	Journey resumes on the Manali-Lehhighway over Baralacha Pass (ht., 200 feet) then descends down to Yonam valley (Lingty).
9	Gyam	Sogmetsi	Trek on foot. Trek goes on along the Yonam-Tsarab river to camp site on the bank of the river. Distance 13 km.
10	Gyam	Tak	Trek goes uphill towards Morang Pass and halt at 2 km. short of pass. A short day walk but fatigueing becauseof high altitude.
11	Tak	Dag-tao	Trek goes uphill to the pass and then downhill following a creek, which empties in Doze river. Distance covered about 14 km.
12	Dag-tao	Gunsa	At first trek goes along the river Doze and then goes upstream Kharnag chu. Camp at nomad. Winter camp of Gunsa.
13	Gunsa	Lungmoche	Trek goes upstream same river to another nomad's camp Lungmoche.
14	Lungmoche	Chumig shi	Trek goes up to a pass (ht. 16,400 feet) and then down to the camp site in the vast plain. Distance 10 km.
15	Chumigshi	Dad Yogma	Dad-Yogma is situated about 15 km. from previous camp in a green pasture plains. Some barley fields are located in the region taking care by the nomads.
16	Dad Yogma	Tsogra	Trek goes almost on the plain area fording the river 3/4 times to camp site
17	Tsogra	Dole	Trek goes uphill to Zalung Karpo la, a pass of 17,500 feet high and then goes down to the valley of Hankar.
18	Dole	Hankar	Trek goes down along the river upto Hankar. Distance covered 15 km.
19	Hankar	Nyimaling	Trek goes uphill following the Nyimaling rivulet up to the camp site. A nice pasture area.
20	Nyimalaing	Chhumig Kirmo	Trek goes uphill to Gang maru pass (ht 17,600 feet) and then goes down a steep and narrow gorge to camp site.
21	Chumig Kirmo	Marselang Phu	Trek resumes the same gorge to the camp site at a small village. A proper Ladhakhi settlement.
22	Marselang Phu	Leh	Trek ends at Marselang village, here it continues by car. Visit to Hemis monastery on way to Leh. Night in a hotel at Leh.
23	Leh	Chamde and back Leh	Monastic tour. Visit to Chumde and Thigse monasteries in central Ladakh. Back to Leh.
24	Leh	Alchi and back	Visit to monasteries of Alchi, Phyang and Pethub. Back to Leh.
